Quality Management

Quality management (Total Quality Management) is a method of management which assumes that any action taken by the company should be carried out with a focus on achieving the highest quality of the process and all processes in the company. It results ultimately a better quality of goods and services.

Quality management is based on several assumptions:

1. Workers must be involved in the process of improving the company’s activities and in the enterprise.

2. It does not line employees are the reason for poor quality products but mistakes in managing, motivating and work organization.

3. Optimization of labor- that is the use of machines and devices that simple operation can quickly be rebuilt and serve other processes.

4. Quality Management brings long- term effects, however, you need to wait for them because it is a lengthy process.
